MatchForge helps you perform personal safety and basic due diligence on publicly visible dating profile information you choose to analyze. This policy explains collection, use, and your rights under PIPEDA.
1. Our Privacy Principles
- We do not sell personal information
- We process your uploads from public or user-shared sources — not private databases
- Explicit consent before AI analysis
- Delete profiles when you no longer need them
2. What We Process and Store

We do not buy or merge third-party private databases about people in your screenshots.
3. Consent & PIPEDA (Canada)
We process personal information based on your explicit consent (accepting these policies and uploading content), operating the tools you requested, and minimal security logging.
Canadian users may access, correct, delete, and challenge compliance. Withdraw consent by stopping use and requesting deletion.
4. Where Data Lives
Self-hosted: Your database and storage.
Hosted: Your account on our infrastructure. AI providers (e.g. xAI Grok) receive uploads only to perform analysis you requested. We do not train third-party models on your data.
5. AI Processing You Consent To
Uploading images means you consent to automated extraction, authenticity/safety scoring, and compatibility ranking. Outputs are probabilistic — not factual findings about any person.
6. Public Information Only
Analyze publicly visible profile fields and optional public web enrichment. Do not upload non-public or unlawfully obtained content.
7. What We Do Not Do
- Sell or rent personal information
- Share your screenshots (unless you use share)
- Publish identifiable ranked lists
8. Retention & Immediate Deletion
Data persists while your account is active so you can review results. You may delete any profile workup immediately from the dashboard — removing screenshots, rankings, and analysis. Request full account deletion anytime. We encourage deleting profiles once due diligence is complete.
9. Security, Children & Changes
HTTPS and access controls protect hosted accounts. Adults 18+ only. Policy updates may require re-acceptance.
